This site serves as our communication hub.  This is where you can find historical information, important news and updates, photos and links to other sources of information.  One of the most important sources of information on this site is the calendar.  Be sure to check it often.

Fanout/Email Communications

Our PCMB  Fanout system (email communications) is our primary means to reach out to our membership.  The music programs at the P-CEP are dynamic with lots of activity and in many cases last minute notifications and changes.  We highly recommend all our members sign up for these important emails, whether you are a student or a parent of a student in Marching Band, the concert programs or one of our winter ensembles.

Common Questions and Issues

I signed up, but I'm not receiving any emails - Check your spam folder and or promotion folder (gmail accounts).  It's possible your e-mail system has incorrectly identified the communications as spam.  Adding "[email protected]" to your address book can help your e-mail provider determine the messages are legitimate.

Who can sign up to receive the PCMB Communications? - Anyone associated with the program, including students, parents, grandparents, and anyone else who wants to be kept apprised of performances, rehearsals, volunteering opportunities, or any other aspect of the bands at the park.

Can I sign up with more than one e-mail address? - Certainly.  Repeat the sign-up process for each e-mail account to which you wish the messages be sent.  All we ask if that you unsubscribe your old e-mail address if you are changing to a new e-mail account and closing out the old one.

How do I stop the emails? - Please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of Fanout or Mailchimp emails.

Booster Meetings

Booster meetings are a great place to get important information about upcoming events.  It is also a great place to ask questions and connect with other boosters.  We always start the meeting with an update from the directors and follow up with important information of events happening within the coming month.  Meetings are typically the first Tuesday of every month in the large band room.  Be sure to check the calendar for the schedule.

Newsletters

We have newsletters available at almost every booster meeting (there are no newsletters on the second meeting of September and October).  The newsletter typically expounds on the information discussed during the meeting.  It is also posted on the website after the meeting.  Please login to your pcmb.net account to see the "Newsletters" tab in the top menu.
